Copart Membership |

Copart Membership allows Members to bid and buy one vehicle up to $1,000.00 before needing to increase Buying Power. Copart Members can upgrade to Premier Membership at any time. Premier Membership |

Premier Membership is for Copart members that have upgraded through Copart.com by paying a $200.00 registration fee and providing a FULLY REFUNDABLE $400.00 deposit. Premier Members can bid and buy without the need to increase Buying Power through additional deposits. Premier Members enjoy a convenient membership plan with annual renewal. Bidding eligibility is determined by state-specific business licensing requirements. Refer to the How to Bid section for eligibility information. |

Expanding Bidding Eligibility |

Simply fax applicable business licenses to our Member Licensing Department at (707) 639-5261. Licensing documents will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. In order to be exempt from sales tax be sure to complete and forward the Multi-State Uniform Tax and Purchase Affidavit forms, along with your state issued tax form, found under the My Account/Forms tab after signing in. |

Working With A Registered Broker |

Anyone can work with a Registered Broker, however Copart Members have the benefit of bidding and buying on No License Required Vehicles directly through Copart. Copart Members also enjoy the benefits of unlimited support from our Member Services Department. |

Buying Power |
 |
|
Buying Power is the maximum amount a Copart Member can bid. Copart Members who wish to bid more than the $1,000.00 maximum increase their Buying Power by providing a deposit equal to 10% of the desired maximum bid amount. The Buying Power deposit will be applied to any purchases and if unused, is FULLY REFUNDABLE! |

Previewing A Vehicle |

Members who would like to personally preview vehicles available for sale may do so during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, from 8am to 5pm. If you are unable to visit a particular facility in person, Copart provides a link to convenient Inspection Services for additional peace of mind. With Copart's patented VB2 technology, you can bid confidently from the comfort of your home or office. The 10 vehicle images and accurate vehicle descriptions allow Members to preview and bid without the need to travel to a facility, saving them valuable time. |

After I WIN |

Purchases should be paid for within 2 days, not including the day of sale and can be made at any facility by cashiers check, money order, company check (prior company check approval necessary), or by wire transfer. Cash may be accepted at select locations. Following payment, pick up your purchase or discuss transportation options with a Copart representative. |
