How do I manage my Copart account?

Simply log in and go to the My Account tab. From there you can update your contact information, modify your preferences, edit your password, view/upload your licenses and download forms.

It is important that you keep your account information up-to-date, as it ensures that we can notify you of any changes related to payments or licensing. It also allows us to get in touch with you should there be any questions about the vehicles you’re interested in buying or selling.

 

 

What do I do if I forgot my user ID or password?

If you’ve forgotten your user ID, contact our Member Services department at member.services@copart.com. If you forgot your password, simply enter your user ID or email address here, and it will be emailed to you.

 

 

How do I contact Customer Service?

We offer multiple ways to get in touch with our Member Services department. You can email us at member.services@copart.com, or chat with us online through our Live Chat feature. The Member Service office is open 24 hours a day for phone calls and live chat, so if you have questions about bidding and buying, submitting business licenses, paying for purchases or anything else, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help you!

You can even reach us through Copart’s mobile app. Contact us by simply touching the support team’s phone number on the screen, or email us by tapping our email address to open your device’s email client.

How do I contact a Copart location?

You can contact any of our Copart locations via phone or email. From our mobile app, simply select a location from the Locations list. Then, under Location Details you’ll find the address, phone number and general manager’s email address. Tap the phone number to call the location, or tap the email address to open your email client and send a message directly to the location’s general manager.

If you’re on your computer, just select the specific location from the Locations page. The contact information for the location will be in the Location Information section at the top of the page.

When accessing Copart.com, we highly recommend using the following versions of one of these four Internet browsers:
