Frank Marsilia is a long-time Copart Buyer with FM Auto Sales. “I’ve been buying vehicles and selling vehicles with Copart for 20-plus years,” he said. In fact, all of his cars come from Copart.
Like most other Buyers, Frank previews the cars before the auction and bids the day of the sale online. Previewing the vehicles is as easy as visiting a Copart location and looking around at the cars, trucks or SUVs. Buyers can even test if the cars turn on and move them around (however there isn’t enough room for a test drive).
Copart wants buyers to be as satisfied with their purchases as possible. That’s why Copart highly encourages buyers to inspect the vehicles themselves. If that’s not possible, Copart can connect interested parties with third party vehicle inspectors who will provide them with a detailed report on a vehicle.
Frank appreciates how Copart “takes care of you,” and adds, “Communication is great. Everybody tries to help.” That helpful attitude extends all through the buying process, from visiting the location to managing delivery options.
Frank shares that Copart is his favorite and only option for vehicle auctions. “Basically, Copart’s been my whole life. I buy all my cars from Copart; I don’t really buy from any other auction.”
