What Is the Virtual Queue?
Copart’s virtual queue is a convenient and safe way to secure a place in line while you’re visiting a Copart location. Wait in your car while we get your vehicle ready and we’ll notify you via text when it’s your turn to pick it up.
How to Use the Virtual Queue:
- While visiting a Copart location, simply scan a barcode at the entrance of a Copart location or use the Copart Mobile App for Members when nearing the location.
- You will automatically be assigned a spot in the virtual queue.
- Wait outside or in your vehicle.
- You will receive a text message when it is your time.
- Proceed to the front desk to be helped by a customer service agent.
