Once you win a vehicle at auction and pay for it, your next task is to get the vehicle from the location where it’s stored to wherever you are. You’ve got several options to take possession of your auction prize.
Can Copart Deliver My Vehicle To Me?
Yes, Copart can deliver your vehicle right to you at your business, home or workshop. We maintain a network of transporters supported by our proprietary technology. On most of our vehicle listing pages, you’ll find our Shipping Estimator. It’s currently located underneath the photo gallery, and in the bidding panel on Copart Select and a growing number of new listings.
Just fill in your information to get an estimate of how much it will cost to have your vehicle delivered. If you’ve already won the vehicle, you can go ahead and book shipping.
You can also book shipping from the Payments Due tab if you’re logged in to your Member account. You’ll see a shipping estimate next to each vehicle. Select the vehicles you want shipped and then hit the “Order Delivery” button at the top.
You can pay for delivery at the same time you pay for your vehicles.
Can I Use My Own Transporter to Pick Up My Vehicle(s)?
Copart makes it easy for people to use transporters through the Copart Transportation App.
In the Payments Due page, choose the vehicles you want to assign to a specific transporter, then select, “Send to Transporter. If you’re using a transporter for the first time, enter their email address and we’ll send them a link to download the Transportation App.
Otherwise, they’ll get an email with a 4-digit gate PIN and lot number they’ll need to pick up the vehicle, along with further instructions.
In the Transportation App, your driver will receive notifications when you assign vehicles for them to pick up. Then they can book an appointment to pick up the vehicle(s) so our location can have everything ready for loading.
How Can I Pick Up Vehicles Myself?
You can pick up the vehicles you buy in person. You’ll need to bring a trailer or other proper transportation equipment.
From the Payments Due tab, select the vehicles you want to pick up, then tap “Schedule Pickup.” Pick a time that fits your schedule. You can receive email and text alerts when your vehicle is ready to pick up.
When you get within a mile of the location, be sure to check in up to two hours before your appointment through the link sent with a reminder text message..
Our experienced team will load your vehicle, and you’re ready to go.
Can I Drive the Vehicle(s) I Buy Out of Copart’s Location?
No. For insurance and safety reasons, we don’t allow vehicles to be driven off our facilities. Even Copart Select vehicles need to be picked up and transported on a trailer or truck.
Before you drive any vehicle you bought on Copart, be sure to get it inspected, registered and insured to comply with all state and local laws.
Can I Have My Titles Sent To Me With My Vehicles?
We can send your title along with your vehicle if you’ve uploaded a valid Limited Power of Attorney. This document allows Copart to put vehicles into your name or your company’s name so it can be given to your transporter or shipping company.
If you’re picking up your vehicle(s) yourself, you can pick up your title at the same time, but you’ll be charged a $20 service fee and may be subject to long wait times as our location staff members stay very busy. You can also have your titles shipped directly to you in the US for a small fee.

APP COPY
First, download the Copart Transportation App onto your iOS or Android device. Then register with your basic information as a transporter.
From the home page, select “Add Lot.”
Then, you’ll need to input the lot number and the Gate PIN that was sent to you in the email notifying you that you’d placed the winning bid on the vehicle.
Next, schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle. Remember, It’s important to be as close to on time as you can. If you arrive too late, you may lose your place in line and might have to reschedule another pick-up time.
Next, when you get to the Copart Location, mark yourself as arrived in the Transportation App. Our staff will move the vehicle(s) to the loading area and help get it onto your truck, trailer or transport vehicle. Our team does this daily, so they know how to quickly and safely load and secure your vehicle.
