We’ve recently added arbitration to protect you in our all-online Copart Select auto auction. Copart constantly drives to deliver the best experience we can to help our Members succeed. So, moving forward, we’ll provide arbitration protection on our Copart Select cars, trucks & SUVs.
The Protection of Arbitration
If what you buy online isn’t what you receive, you’ll be protected by our Arbitration Policy. Our wholesale vehicles come with a free Condition Report that details any cosmetic and mechanical damage, along with any unique codes that OBD2 returns. If those details don’t match the vehicle you received, file an arbitration claim as soon as possible.
To help prevent fraudulent claims, there’s a $400 fee charged for any declined arbitration claim. Be sure to read the Arbitration Policy for other important terms and conditions.

You’ll find either a Green Light or Yellow Light label next to the Copart Select logo on the vehicle information pages. You can quickly scan your results and find the vehicles that fit your needs.
