Copart just partnered with AuctionACCESS so dealers can securely submit their credentials during registration seamlessly.

What is AuctionACCESS?
AuctionACCESS is a subscription-based dealer credentialling system for the wholesale auto auction industry. Instead of uploading licenses and credentials to each of the many auto auction sites, AuctionACCESS stores that information in a single place and securely sends it to the auction companies digitally.
How Does AuctionACCESS Work at Copart?
AuctionACCESS streamlines the registration process so dealers can quickly get to buying inventory.
Here’s how it works:

Visit Copart.com/auction-access and select “Start Here”

Enter your AuctionACCESS Member number, also known as the “100 Million number”

Purchase a Premier Membership & make your deposit
-
Confirm your AuctionACCESS account information
And that’s it. Once your account is activated, just make your deposit and start bidding on the inventory your customers will love.
We recommend a Premier Membership for dealers since it allows you to bid up to $100,000 daily on a single $400 deposit. Basic Members either must deposit 10% of the total bids they want to make, or only place $2,000 in bids.
How Long Will It Take for My Account to Be Activated using AuctionACCESS?
In most states, our team will review your documents and then activate your account within 24 business hours.

Do I Have To Be a Dealer to Use AuctionACCESS?
Yes. AuctionACCESS only stores secured credentials for buyers who hold a valid dealer’s license issued by the state in which their business is located. Other credentials like Auction or Salvage licenses don’t qualify for AuctionACCESS’s services.
How Can I Get an AuctionACCESS Subscription?
Visit AuctionACCESS.com and enroll for a membership. It costs $103 US per year and offers easy access to 320 auction sites in the US and Canada, including Copart.
Can I Link an Existing Copart Membership to AuctionACCESS?
Not yet. But we’re working on being able to offer that capability in the future. We’ll let you know when it’s ready and how to use it.
