Copart is dedicated to providing secure online payment methods. That’s why we've added an extra level of security which protects you from the unauthorized use of your credit card. This 3D Secure technology is provided by Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode and is required for all vehicle and fee payments made online.
After you enter your credit card details for payment, a new window will appear, requesting your personal security code. Your financial institution will authenticate the transaction within seconds, confirming that you are the individual making the purchase.
Enrolling is easy
You’ll need to register with Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode if you haven’t already. This can be done during the payment process, or you can activate it in advance through the Visa or MasterCard websites.
Simple one-time activation
After you register, you can use the same security code for all your online transactions. More and more online stores are making this a required process with your protection in mind.
What if my bank doesn’t participate?
Unfortunately, not all banking institutions participate in this program. If you are not able to register your card, please visit your nearest Copart location to pay using your credit card or other another method. See all payment options here.
