Vehicle Scheduling and Pickup Now Available in US and Canada Locations

Now available for vehicles purchased in all US and Canada locations!

You’ve won your vehicle through a Copart online vehicle auction—and now we’ve made the process of picking up your vehicle even easier. You can now schedule the pickup of your vehicle with a third-party transporter through your Copart account.

This new feature offers added convenience to our Members by allowing them to take care of everything from payment to pickup in one place, with communication throughout the process to stay informed.

How does vehicle scheduling and pickup work?

  • Log into Copart.com and under the Payments tab, navigate to the Payments Due page
  • Locate the vehicle for which you want to schedule pickup
  • Click “Send to Transporter” in the invoice column
  • Enter your transporter’s email address in the pop-up window
  • Your transporter and you each receive an email confirmation

Throughout the process, you’re kept up to date with the status of your vehicle’s pickup via email. Your transporter also receives emails or push notifications in the Copart Transporter Mobile App, if they have it downloaded.
